Custom labels for tests#120

We want to mark the tests’ statuses with custom labels and have the ability to group them by the labels. Here are examples:

• unknown reason label to mark tests failed due to unknown issue
• known reason label to mark tests failed due to existing defect
• a label to mark tests planned to be automated
• a label to mark tests planned to be redesigned
