Upload tracing from playwright into S3 and put it a link to test report in testomat#178

We use playwright and want to get all artifact from playwright available in testomat report as links like screenshots and video.

you just need to configure s3 account and use it https://docs.testomat.io/usage/test-artifacts/, if playwright produces tracing, we will link it
