Mark step during manual test execution as passed, failed, skipped#183

We have really long manual test cases with a lot of steps and we don’t want to divide it into smaller parts. We want to have ability to mark step in manual test case in test run as failed as we have soft checkpoint. So then we can see which steps are failed during test report.
