Now it is very uneasy to add a test case description when you have several steps in it and each step should have its own expected result. To do that each time you should make a markup, which is time-consuming (even if you already are using templates).
Also, it would be great to be able to see the Step Description and Expected result side-by-side for better visibility.

you can define expected results one after another, it’s very easy to do, please see examples https://docs.testomat.io/getting-started/test-design#examples-of-markdown-written-test-cases
however, if you want to have a table where you wil have steps with expected results, then we’re going to add more capabilities to manage tables in markdown
